Stephen Cadley brings over 20 years of dynamic leadership in sales, marketing and business management in organizations ranging from technology startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has developed and managed multi-channeled sales environments leveraging process and accountability to deliver outstanding results.
Stephen is Managing Partner of SalesXecution, a Sales Performance Consultancy focused on helping organizations drive and achieve their business objectives by leveraging the theories of Change management, the science of Miller Heiman sales methodologies and the emerging technologies of Social media. SalesXecution is also a certified Salesforce.com™ consulting partner.
Stephen has led and developed sales organizations numbering from 5 to 200 sales professionals. Over his 20 years he has covered all aspects of selling from short cycle transactional telesales to managing large strategic national account relationships. He became a Miller Heiman evangelist, while managing one of the largest, and most successful, telecommunication resellers for MCI/WorldCom.
He is finishing his Master’s in Organization Development & Change at American University’s collaborative MSOD program with National Training Laboratories, the leading experiential immersion program in Organization Development & Change.

Stephen’s educational background includes a BS Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University and a forthcoming MSOD from American University. He is certified to facilitate sales courses in Strategic Selling®, Conceptual Selling®, Coaching for Strategic & Conceptual Selling®, Negotiate for Success®, Funnel Scorecard® and Large Account Management Process®. He is also a certified DISC facilitator and regularly facilitates of Strategic Planning retreats for organizations of all sizes. He is working on a forth coming book on how to leverage the emerging technologies of Social Media to bring your sales to the next level.
